The system is designed to create an environment where the controls, equipment, staff and environment at BBS assure that our products have the identity and strength and meet the quality and purity characteristics we represent.
The BBS Quality System is a system based on the requirements of IPEC, while incorporating our responsibilities to the environment, the safety of our employees, and the long-term growth of the critical industries we elect to serve. This system is designed to be a continually changing series of documents to maintain the changing needs of the agencies to which we report, the customers we serve, the communities in which we operate, and the employees responsible for its own maintenance and existence.
BioBuffer Solutions has developed and consistently conforms to a Supplier Management Program that approves every supplier for all materials that enter the BBS facility as a potential product. This program allows for the inspection of the manufacturing facilities of each product to assure the identity, strength, quality and purity of each product is met before introducing that product into our facility. Each product is inspected and tested before approval. Our Quality System maintains the integrity of the supply chain to guarantee the compliance and quality of the manufacturing, storage and shipment of each product.
The BBS Quality System is subject to the same conditions, restrictions, compliance and approvals as the systems and documents it is designed to protect.
